2. Product and access

Full access includes:

• For the first 500 purchases: lifetime access to the Real Estate Viability Calculator Pro web app.

Access is delivered digitally to the email address registered at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 24 business hours.

3. Price and payment

The price in effect at the time of purchase is the one displayed on the checkout page. Prices may be subject to taxes depending on your jurisdiction. We accept the payment methods enabled by our payment processor.

4. 7-day refund guarantee

We offer a 7-calendar-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If you decide to request a refund within that window, please contact our support email and we will process a full refund of the amount paid.

Important: when you request a refund, your access to the Real Estate Viability Calculator Pro is immediately revoked, and the lifetime benefit is lost. The benefit is conditional on a maintained active purchase.

5. License of use

The buyer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and consult the content. The following is not permitted:

• Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works without written authorization.
